The Challenge

PartyLite required a proactive solution that could provide real-time delivery estimates to customers. Previously, PartyLite relied on their internal systems, non-branded carrier notifications, and manual processes that could not scale to their global order volume and navigate the large number of carriers in the shipping network. They needed a solution that could upgrade their manual operations and provide analytics across the customer base and carrier performance to improve order transparency.

Our Solution

To support PartyLite, we created a fully digitized workflow that unified all the company’s post-purchase communications and order tracking. PartyLite was able to entirely brand their post-purchase communications and house tracking within their own domain, reducing reliance on carriers. The solution was tailored to support PartyLite’s direct selling model, building out dedicated tracking pages for the personal website of each PartyLite consultant.

The Result

PartyLite was able to generate immense savings across the business, lowering WISMO inquiries in customer service operations by an estimated 40-50%. Fully digital operations removed the reliance on printed packing strips and gift cards, saving the brand money due to reduction of workload, elimination of hardware and consumables in the respective internal departments and the distribution center. Additionally, hosting order tracking within the brand’s domain continues to build brand loyalty and drives additional revenue back to the brand, estimated in the upper six-figures per year.
